For success you can choose the best type of session or create a great value program for yourself, you will be glad you did. Think first of what you want to achieve, do you want more confidence, do you want to be slimmer, do you want to be happier, or communicate easier. Working back from there it is easier to know what prevents you from doing so. This means you can target problem areas that are specific to you and your life. If you find you are struggling with what causes a block or prevents forward motion no matter how much you focus on it, using the Three Gates will give you a clear starting point and may be all you need. Sometimes problems don’t arise from where we think they do.
As an example, I am often asked to hypnotize for anxiety issues, this can work well if you know what role anxiety plays in your life and focus on what the block is and then the fix can be transformative not to mention fast. Anxiety may appear to be a lack of confidence, once it is eliminated or reduced the client feels more confident by default. Try to think opposites. Wanting to lose weight could also come under sleep issues, choosing a weight loss session, anxiety and sleep hypnosis could resolve the issue permanently. (there is a lot of data suggesting sleep issues can cause a person to eat more). If you find yourself making decisions for life improvements but then actively working against those decisions, the Three Gates will give you an opportunity to reveal an underlying issue it is a great entry point when you don’t understand yourself or feel self destructive.
