I undertook Dorothy’s daily program for a week, just a week!!!! Not much happened to start with, but I felt better and was pretty happy with feeling more confident and not really thinking about food or diets. 6 months down the track and weight loss crept up on me, I mean, I didn’t even realize I was doing it. Now I can’t be sure what was different, but realized every day I was feeling full as the evening wore on. Snacking stopped in the evening but it wasn’t something I was trying to do, it just sort of happened. I couldn’t be happier as I lost 15 kg without even trying. Thanks Dorothy, years of dieting hadn’t worked one week with you and success. PS. My hubby says I am nicer, go figure. Could you hypnotize him to do the dishes?
