I’d like to also mention how pleased I am with your 21 day hypnodiet. OMG it has changed so much! and for the better! I’ve been on it for about 6 weeks now. I haven’t weighed myself because I’m so relaxed about it I don’t feel it’s necessary. I can see and feel the difference. I can definitely see the difference in my face and how my clothes fit. I have zero interest in deserts unlike before. Just no interest. Slight sugar cravings. I did have ice cream once and tiny piece of carrot cake in 6 weeks. I turned down pie at a party today! It just didn’t appeal to me at all. Before I would have loved it. I didn’t eat sweets every day, but when I did. I enjoyed them and ate what I wanted. I don’t feel that I need at all. I have zero cravings for pasta or rice as before. I’m sooooo happy about this. I’m very much in control and I love it. My overall diet has changed for the better and I fell better too. I’ve got about 50 pounds to lose…so a bit to go…but feel confident I’ll be able to do so. Thank you so much for everything! I’m SUPER impressed with the soul connections mediation. Some of the markers I got were Brazil, Taiwan, the 15th calendar date and the name Julio, but the J didn’t seem Spanish to me, it seemed different. I JUST realized tomorrow I have a class with a guy from Brazil named Juliano. Right after that I have a class with a student from Taiwan (I don’t see Taiwan too often) and these classes are on the 15th for me! Super impressive!!!! I just wanted to share with you!

I undertook Dorothy’s daily program for a week, just a week!!!! Not much happened to start with, but I felt better and was pretty happy with feeling more confident and not really thinking about food or diets. 6 months down the track and weight loss crept up on me, I mean, I didn’t even realize I was doing it. Now I can’t be sure what was different, but realized every day I was feeling full as the evening wore on. Snacking stopped in the evening but it wasn’t something I was trying to do, it just sort of happened. I couldn’t be happier as I lost 15 kg without even trying. Thanks Dorothy, years of dieting hadn’t worked one week with you and success. PS. My hubby says I am nicer, go figure. Could you hypnotize him to do the dishes?

I had a session with Dorothy a few years back (2008 was it?) as I was struggling to come off anti-depressant pills due to the withdrawal side effects.. one session was all it took along with some energy therapy, got home, threw them away and never touched another one again.
