Weight Loss can be a life long mission but it doesn’t have to be. It can take a few months or a single session when you identify the areas that need targeting. Sometimes that is a single area (fewer sessions) other times there is history that needs to be resolved. The key to The Weighting Game is to create more than success. More than success you may ask? From weight loss food manufacturers to regular companies with low carb products and heart ticks (bought and paid for rather than a genuine standard), to the diet queens and magazines offering solutions, billions are made ever quarter. Your failure is their success, Weight Watchers alone made $1.8 billion in 2012, they don’t own the food brand any longer so this is just made from members.
